Rewaa Information Technology is committed to refunding any payment made for software or other services during the trial period, which lasts for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the purchase invoice. The Client has the right to request a refund within this period, provided that the return request is submitted before the trial period ends. The refund request will be processed, and the amount will be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approving the return request or from the date the hardware is received, if applicable.
Return Conditions:
- If free or discounted hardware was provided with the subscription, this hardware must be returned via the shipping company approved by Rewaa, using the shipping label provided by Rewaa, or delivered directly to Rewaa, within five (5) business days from the date the return request is approved. If you choose to use an alternative shipping company or do not use the provided label, any shipping or handling charges billed to Rewaa as a result will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The hardware must be in good condition and include all accessories. If the hardware does not meet these conditions, or if you choose to retain the hardware, Rewaa reserves the right to deduct the actual, undiscounted value of the hardware from the total refund amount, as indicated on the invoice or based on the actual price listed on Rewaa’s official website.
- Your right to a refund will be forfeited if the return request is not submitted during the trial period or if the hardware is not handed over to the approved shipping company within the specified time frame.

This refund policy is subject to the subscription terms and conditions that the customer agreed to upon registration or subscription to the service. In case of any conflict between the refund policy and the subscription terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail and be binding. Please review them for additional details.
